This is due not only to its amazing beaches, but also because it’s home to “Fantasy Island,” “Bay Village,” and the very first “Ron Jon Surf Shop.” Moreover, the area is also easily accessible as a result of its proximity to Garden State Parkway, Route 9 and Route 72.
