One misnomer is that if you have two children and one becomes emancipated the child support will then be cut in half, and that´s not necessarily true because there are other constants that are factored in for the first child. So when you then have two children, the child support number is increased but it is not doubled.
At Bronzino Law Firm, we have experience helping divorce and family law clients successfully resolve their child support and/or child emancipation issues across Point Pleasant, Jackson, Toms River, and Brick. The unique opportunity that a small firm represents is attention; Peter Bronzino’s approach to family law allows the firm to offer a personal and attentive relationship, along with fair and competitive rates, while providing highly effective legal services. We believe that clients that are well informed and involved in the legal process, help to achieve the best possible results.
To schedule a free and confidential consultation with Peter J. Bronzino today regarding your unique needs and concerns with any child support and/or child emancipation issue, please contact us online, or through our Brick, NJ office at (732) 812-3102.
