Child Support Obligations and College Tuition
College Contribution and Child Support in Monmouth County NJ New Jersey courts have ruled that divorce parents have to contribute to their children’s college based on the ability to pay at the time the child goes to college. This is a separate but not necessarily equal obligation on both parents. What the court does is
